The British Council and the State Administration for NGOs of P.R.C. are jointly organising a call for paper event as warm-up to Social Innovation and the Third Sector Conference scheduled on 4 December in Beijing, with an objective of fully demonstrating the role of the third sector in accelerating social innovation.
